Re: New poll for cybalist

I very much agree with Marius. Singling out one offender with these
insinuating questions, when there obviously are other of the kind
around, does not solve the problem, rather entrenches and legitimises
a culture of insulting and slanderous conduct.

The moderators could poll among themselves how to limit more
effectively, as a matter of policy, offensive discourse and
pseudoscience on this list, but also how to limit the right to
initiate judgemental polls without a moderational procedure.

It could also be helpful for the atmosphere of the list to
translocate, without judgement on its scientific value, discussions
on superfamilies and summary long range comparisons to the
appropriate list altogether.

I tried to make this comment on Cybalist_admin but I do not seem to
have rights to post on that list.
