I don't think this word, assuming an origin from *menmn, would be
the best evidence for a regular sound change involving nasals, since
with two pairs dissimilation could have happened at any time.

However, if dis. n>0 - n occurred, it could then have undergone the
rule I gave for *no:mjanan in some of the cases.

This wouldn't help answer nm > ? however.
