Sounds like the Kaka-wallah is full of kaka. My
understanding is that the Mitanni language was related
to Urartean and had Indo-Aryan pre-Vedic adstrate. I
believe Witzel says the same thing. Remember that the
Vedas weren't written down until writing reached India
c. 400 BCE. In any case, the Vedas could not have been
written until well after the events they purport to
cover occurred, and these events happened after the
fall of the Harappan civlization.
