I suppose you mean Baltic *g (*k) vs. Slavic *g^ (*k^).

The standard example is Lith. klausyti ~ Slav. slus^êti

The regular reflexes for Kw- are:

*k^w- Slavic sv- Lith. s^v- Latv. sv-
*g(h)w- Slavic gv-/(d)zv- Lith. gv- Latv. gv-
