How about, say, three examples of Nostratic *ts -> Egyptian <s>?

"old man"?

Would you like to be addressed as 'tadpole'?

Think about that one a minute.

In view of Cockney /?/ for /t/, it should not be so difficult to understand.

If you are not a little more conventional, no one will have any idea what
you are saying.

Watch for the signs.

Nostratic /t?/ + /t/ -? Egyptian /t/

Egyptian /t/ becomes Egyptian <d> (/t/) and <t> (/th/).

Read up on Ablaut before we do, will you?

***

In <3w>, /r(a)/ means 'tall'; Hausa <ts?awo> is quite possibly related to
Egyptian <D>, Nostratic *t?sa, 'body, long'.

Egyptian <q> corresponds to PIE *(n)k^/*(n)g^ AND *(n)k/*(n)g

Egyptian <q> corresponds to PIE *(n)k/*(n)g
