best-informed people here. If he hasn't suggested punishing you for a
breach of Netiquette yet, it's surely because he would find it
embarrassing to act in his own cause.

I think this only remotely conforms
with Net-Etiquette.
Maybe Net-Libel is closer.
You can see that I have not reacted
to Miguel's own breaches.

decided some time ago that your manners had improved and you should be

and I reached the conclusion that
there was no buffer-zone control any more
And you have certainly noticed
