*° is a phonological unstressed vowel
resulting from unstressed PIE *e
your <$> does not exist in my system.
there is *no* reduced grade laryngeal.

A laryngeal is a consonant,
it *never* can surface as a vowel.
dh°H1 is the in Greek, dhi in Sanscrit
otherwise dha
dH1 is -t-.
this is what I mean.
