Athene and Pallas — not plausible.

Interesting speculation on Nahar.

Pdry, T.ly and Ars.y were goddesses in Ugaritic mythology, daughters of
Baal. I think there is many similarities between Ugaritic and Greek
mythologies. Perhaps the West Semites influenced the religion on Cyprus and
another East Mediterranean islands. Ugaritic sea-god was Yammu, that was
called Nahar. Nahar seems to be cognate of Ne:reus (<*Nahareus ?). `Anat was
the war-goddess, sister of Baal and his mainly helper in his wars against
monsters and rival deities, like Athena.

In Ugaritic, the word of virgin was btlt.
Let's see...
BTLT > *PDLD > Padlad- > Pallas

Plausible?

Take a look at these analogies... coincidences?

Daughters of Baal, the Storm-God : Pdry, T.ly, Ars.y
Daughters of Kekrops: Pandrosos, Aglauro: and Herse:.

Herse/ Ars.y , Pdry/Pandrosos (<*Padrosos ?), T.ly/ AGlauro: (<*Adl- ?, cf.
Thalia, too)
