Yes. That distribution is complex. For Western Catalan, you
have /v/ in Alacant and Castelló, but not in València. You
have it in parts of Tarragona, but not in Lleida. In
Eastern Catalan, /v/ is absent from most of the mainland,
but present in most (but IIRC not all) of the islands. I
don't remember if there is /v/ in Rosselló.
