I don't see any point. What Heggarty has to say about
Runasimi is nothing new and has been known to
anthropologists and archaeologists for a long time.
You can find this info the Wikipedia site.
It is well known that Runasimi cannot be from Qosqo
because the phonoetics of Runasimi there show an
Aymara substrate.
The Spanish conquerors themselves noted that the Incas
spoke another language, which they surmised was
related to Aymara. The Incas themselves claimed to
have come from the south and used the term Qolla
--which refers to the area around Bolivia.
So this information has been around since the 1530s
and some dipshit claims it's a sensational new story
and he can't even get the correct name of the language
--Runasimi. This shows he is a sapasimi.
