I just had an idea. Is it possible to align the incoming supposed
Jastorf groups with the Cimbri/Teutonrs grand tour of Europe? I've
long been wondering why the invading Tungri were so interested in the
old Cimbri stronghold of Aduatuca/Tongern.

From a linguist point of view the deepest horizon we can reach in
Germanic itself would be the invasions after the Tungri/Thuringi;
Germanic breaks up at that time. If we want to go further back we must
look at sets of loanwirds as far as I can see.
