As I suggested yesterday, the <ábodhi>-type passive aorist could be one
of them. We also have *i in various thematic derivatives of thematic
stems (where presumably, only the _second_ thematic vowel had surface
accent in PIE). This happens not only in the *h1ek^wi-o- type but also
in *-o- + *-ko- --> *-iko- and a few similar formations.
