It's your problem. I don't know of any such restrictions.

What's wrong withy them? Slavic has possible reflexes of
*wreh1g^(-je/o-) > OCS re^z^oN, re^zati and iterative *wroh1g^-eje/o- >
raziti. Gk. forms with what looks like *wrag- are few and possibly of
decompositional origin (perirragé:s 'broken around' < *peri-wr.(h1)g^-,
with the normal reduction of laryngeals in compounds), while o-grade
forms occur as expected, e.g. *wroh1g^-mah2 > hro:gmé: 'breach'.
Ion./Koine rhe:sso: is regular.
