Straws to the wind, I suppose. As you know, every fad
in every discipline gets transferred to every other
discipline --so why not Chaos Theory, Nomadology,
De-Con, etc.
There is a point but it's observable through common
sense. Write an article and reinvent the wheel and
you'll get tenure.
