****GK: "Border people" of what? Sounds like the sort
of etymology Parthians might have tried on these guys
in Augustus' time. Except that the retort would have
been the same(:=))... Somehow I can't imagine Darius
or Xerxes thinking along these lines. Maybe they had
different implications for "rib",("sweet and
sour"(:=)) like today's Ukrainians have for
"Ukraine".****
