It seems to me a book like that would concentrate on those placenames
he could show a Celtic etymology for, and not those he couldn't, which
are the ones I'm curious about, so instead I ordered Maurits
Gysseling: Toponymisch woordenboek van België, Nederland, Luxemburg,
Noord-Frankrijk en West-Duitsland (vóór 1226). But maybe I'm being unfair.
