I've come across a couple of references recently to
"Saussure's law of laryngeal loss". It refers to the loss of h1 between
consonants. However, one place seems to suggest the "law" applies to h1
after a resonant, while another seems to suggest it is only after an
o-grade. Does anyone have more details?
