As we have crossed the border of linguistic fantasy,
I would tentatively suggest that "Pederson" might mean "son of potatoe". (with Verner's law -d !! stress on potAto)
and that Callister is from the K-celt form of kwatata: something like "potatoe lister".

batata, patata > Spanish batata, patata; although
Spanish usually uses papa < Andino-Celtic *kWakWa
