This is of course impossible. The word is not just Celtic;
it is specifically Scottish Gaelic, and hence Goidelic, not
Brythonic. The Goidelic reflex of PCelt. *kW- is /k-/; /p-/
is the Brythonic reflex (e.g., OIr <ceth(a)ir>, OWelsh
<petguar> '4').
