Gutian

Wikipedia says that there is debate on whether or not
Gutian was IE. That if it was, it was either Tokharian
or ancestral to Median.
Given that the Tokharians were probably on the other
side of the Indo-Aryans, this seems a stretch.
The date, c. 2000 BC seems a bit early for the
proto-Medes, who were still probably part of an
undivided Iranian group that was possible north of the
proto-Indians
Although the article doesn't mention Anatolian, the
consensus is that Anatolian arrived from the west. But
could it have come from the east? Or could a group of
Anatolians have moved to the Zagros mountains or
wherever the Gutians were from?

The artiicle didn't mention any Gutian texts but did
give a list of kings.
Do any of these names look Indo-European?
I'm guessing that at least some have Semitic or
Sumerian elements.

The Gutian kings were, in order:

Inkishuc
Zarl-agab
Shulme
Silulumesh
Inimabakesh
Igecaush
Yarl-agab
Ibate
Yarl-angab
Kurum
Apil-kin
La-erabum
Irarum
Ibranum
Hablum
Puzur-Suen
Yarlaganda
Tirigan
