Based on the mitochondrial differences among today species they
compute "an estimated split time" of different species

This is place around 130000 years ago.

In addition they proved that all today domestic cats belongs to 5
female ancestors...


Now to come to your question:

It's simple : Because there is no other big split of "domestic cats"
