I can say just that, especially because *h2ap- occurs in branches that
have no examples of *kW or *k(^)w > p (Indo-Iranian, Anatolian).
Unambiguous reflexes of the <aqua> word are known only from Latin and
Germanic, so its PIE status is far from assured.
