a)Latin is a q-Dialect : quattuor etc...
However p in Latin lupus is from a kW ... (*wlkWos)
Nobody can postulate kW > p in Latin
b) Germanic wulfaz shows the same p from a kW
Nobody can postulate kW > p in Germanic
c) PIE has apa and akWa: both meaning 'water'
Nobody can postulate kW > p in PIE...
But on the other hand, after all these examples : how somebody can say
that akW-a: and ap-a: are 2 different roots?
Is like to say that wulfaz and lupus have nothing to do with *wlkWos,
isn't it?
So PIE is also a q-Dialect having p from kW-
