We may assume that Homeric anthroponyms are surely Trojan? Could they be just Greek, Hellenized or fictional ones?

I'd guess to related Kassandra's preffix to Hattic Kash/Kush "Moon God".

I've always taken it more or less for granted that the etymology is
*ség^H-to:r 'victor'.
