PIE pronominal 1st and 2nd person dual morphology

Ladies and gentlemen of the list,

Briefly, I am merely an amateur Indo-Europeanist. I have no Brugmann's
Grundriss, only Google and the web, and I need help. What, may I ask,
are the most accepted reconstructions and declensional forms for an
assumed PIE 1st and 2nd person dual pronoun?

I cannot find anything on the web, however the membership of this list
seems a most promising source of the kind of information I seek. Alas,
I have nothing to offer in turn at this time.
