Can you elaborate on the last point? Are you talking about the Indo-Aryan horse terms in Mitanni, the supposed relationship of Qutians (if I have that right) with Tokharians or something else?

Anatolia isn't centrally located either. The Anatolian model has a
westward expansion into Europe, that only then spreads out vaguely
centrifugally.

The nearest to centrifugal expansion from Anatolia are the slight
eastward movement of Hittite and, if real, the southward movement of
one IE group into Sumer before the advent of writing.
