environments in Celtic:

*leukYús > *leukWúz. > louber

*gWòvus > *bó:uz. > buar

*triis > *traiz. > teir

*ghdó:m > *du:(z.) > *domuz. > *dowar
*ghdóm+ > *dom+

Seen in:

Old Welsh louber 'light'

Irish buar 'cattle'

Breton teir gwech 'three times'

Breton douar, Welsh daear 'earth'
