Fraenkel lists in initial position: svagé.ti, sváic^ioti,
sváidyti, svai~gti, svaínis, svajóti, svambùs, svãras,
svarpstas. With *swo- > sa-, there's only sakai~ (compared
with Slavic sokU) and sa~pnas (Sl. sUnu) [perhaps
sarpãlius]. I was going to check cases of se- < swe- in
Lithuanian, but there's no need: sesuõ / sestrà < *sweso:r
is clear enough.
