Athe:nai seems to be surely related to goddes  Athe:na: (<*Atha:na), and Myke:nai was related to a nymph Myke:ne: (but in this case, this nymph could be an artificial eponym, Mykenai < Mykene, or Mykene<Mykenai??).
To Delphoi, I guess some relationsihip with toponyms like Telphousa, Tilphousa, and to female dragon Delphyne. Eponymous hero was Delphos.
