Abdullah, examples (like peshkop) 'are not good' because i>e is 'a
Balkan Latin Transformation' so the loan path could well be Latin i

You need to give/find some inherited words as examples of PIE *ik'sk
or PIE *iksk that gave eshk in Albanian to demonstrate this rule.
