I'm afraid I can hardly manage to do it because of the specifics of the
text. In any case, the paper is a kind of review of a specific book,
viz. the 2nd edition of Werner Lehnfeldt's "Einfürung in die
morphologische Konzeption der slavischen Akzentologie" (Verlag Otto
Sagner, München, 2001), interspersed with Dybo's reminiscences of how
and why Illic^-Svityc^ and he came to such-and-such solutions. Have you
read the book? Otherwise a summary wouldn't be very helpful anyway.
