I suppose you mean the third diagram, of language affinities. If
so, the answer to your implied question is that it shouldn't mean
anything to anybody. You've fallen into a trap that tree diagrams lend
themselves to. The only thing of significance is that Afro-Asiatic
directly, and Indo-European through Eurasiatic? branch from
Nostratic??. The diagram would mean exactly the same thing if the
Afro-Asiatic and Nostratic? branches were each rotated, putting IE and
AA farthest apart and Sumerian and Chukchi next to each other.
