Pan-Slavic loan from PRomanian??? I doubt that.

Anyway, I've just realized there is another
explanation. Perhaps, semantically better explainable:

In Czech, there are the following expressions:

<pr^i:c^it se> "go against, contravene"
<pr^i:c^ka> "cross-bar, cross-piece, traverne"
<pr^i:c^it> e.g. <pr^i:c^i: se mi to> "I feel
inhibited/hesitate/have scruples etc. to do that"
<pr^i:c^ny:> "cross, skew, diagonal, erect"
<napr^i:c^> "criss-cross, transversly"
<vzpr^i:c^it> "jam, put across"

If we thus consider the verb <pr^i:c^it>, it is easy
to see its possible derivation <pr^i:c^ina> as a
"trouble, obstacle".
