Yes, this represents a lot of work pointed generally in the right direction.

But marred by poor methodology.

Why the author did not reconstruct Proto-Dravidian and systematically relate
it to the various expressions in Dravidian-derived languages of the
reconstructed PD roots - before comparing Dravidian (DR.) with IE, I do not
know but it make the comparisons interesting but unconvincing.

What a shame to squander all this effort to please only one's self! when the
object is obviously to persuade others.
