Hello Piotr,
I remember the folowing rule :

1. V-d-V > V-dh-V (together with the rule 2. rd > rdh )

but I don't remember now the examples for the rule 1.

Also the intermediate stage of d > zero has great chances to be
dh...and the lost of this d has depended on the stress pattern too.

But I need to check this...
