PIE *Nei- --> Proto-Celtic?

I was simply wondering if anyone could clarify what Proto-Celtic terms
derved from the PIE *Nei- 'to be excitied, to shine' ??

I am specifically thinking of the statement of Macrobius, that the
Accitani tribe of Lusitania/Iberia worshipped a god known as "Mars
Neton" who was described as being "adorned with rays". This god is
believed to be the same deity who is documented as "Neitin" in an
inscription at Binefar.
Could PIE *Nei- give rise to Neton/Neitin??
