Dear Grzegorz, superscript "h" has already become the standard notation
of the aspirated stops in practically all current IE literature.

It's got nothing to do with logic, being just a matter of arbitrary
convention. The use of lower-case "h" for the laryngeals is old and
respectable; it's also more common in the literature these days than
such variant transcriptions as H1, H2, H3 or E, A, O. But again, suit
yourself and use anything "more logical" as long as your meaning is
clear. It isn't required of our members to stick to a rigid notational
standard.
