Just what I said: on this list ('usage here') it is my
experience that <gH> is more likely to represent the voiced
aspirate than stop + laryngeal.

I'm not fanatical about it; I can live with anything
reasonable, and in most potentially problematic cases the
correct interpretation is pretty clear from context. I
could wish for a little more uniformity, but that's a pipe
dream.
