You can't be certain that *bHo:r- isn't "stealer at this particular
occasion" and not "habitual thief".
It would suit me nicely if the reduplicated *Ce-CeC- stem was
iterative (since "plural" in nature) and *CoC- was contrastively
resultative (the /o/ being a re-stressed schwa).
