I guess that Alb. <tjerr> 'spun yarn', <tjerr> 'to spin [yarn,
thread] should be derived from basic form *térH1-no with
stressed /é/ that yields Alb. /ie>je/ and *-rn- > Alb. /rr/., but
suffixed zero-grade form *tr.H1-lë 'drill, auger' yields Alb.
<turjelë> (cf. *gWerH1-, zero-grade form *gWr.H1-u > guri).
Based in these examples, we may deduce that PIE *-r.H1- yields in
Albanin -ur-.
In this case I like to add also the etymology of Alb. <i
trentë> 'mad, crazy', synonymic with <i fshimë/i fshirë> 'wiped,
rubbed', that, to me seems derived from variant *tro:-*nto, the
reason that forced me to see in Alb. adjective <i dhânë/i dhënë>
preservation of laryngeal *H3: *dH3-nto > PAlb. dzontë > dhânë/dhënë.
