These just prove my point. Greek <deksios> comes from *deksiwos, with
loss of the intervocalic digamma. The Germanic forms come from PGmc.
*tehswa- < *dek^swo-, and the Celtic ones from PCelt. *dexswo- <
*dek^swo- (except for the Gaulish theonym Dexsiua, which seems to
reflect the veriant *dek^siwo-). All of them are therefore derivable
from *dek^s(i)wo-, which is precisely the form I started with.
