Well, I do. The third person is used of all numbers there too.

Using the third person for all numbers is certainly an innovation
that unites precisely what is generally called Baltic to the
exclusion of Slavic. It is however the only one I can think of at
the moment. I think the firm opinion will have to be that what
unites Western Baltic and Eastern Baltic is not zero, but quite
close to it.
