(Sorry for breaking the not-raising-the-dead rule here, but I hadn't
noticed the responses until now. My bad)

Now that the Djews thing is dealt with, there are some other words I'm
unsure about.

1) Is the nominative singular (I) in PIE *eg^h
2) For the present tense in the nominative similar, how would one
conjugate *kerd-dhe (to believe / to "heart-put," to put heart in)
3) A man of the prisetly class WAS called the *bhlaghman, right?

Just to make clear why I'm asking this, I might as well post the
story. It's quite short, don't worry. It's about an attack by a
Proto-Indo-European tribe on another tribe, and sort of a commentary
on religious fanaticism.

THE RAPE OF THE ---------S

Whilst the flames ragerd outside, their sweltering thunder broke well
short of the inner sanctuary. A halo of ice, hard as granite, fended
off the blae with an amethyst sword

Within, the bhlaghman prostrated himself and raised himself to face
the great image of Dyeuz Pəterz, the Shining Father of the Skies. His
brilliant eye looked back from above, blinding in its stare.

"Egh kerd-dhe, Dyeuz Pəterz!"
