It is the usual rubbish. In the parts I know a little about (the
linguistics) it is very confused and shows no understanding either of how
linguistics works or of the actual data with which linguists work. If this
is it's level of scholarship in other areas such as archaeology, it can
safely be ignored.
Most of these "Sanskrit is very old" papers are politically motivated,
rather than linguistic.
