There are probably two unrelated <ogar> words:
1) "boy"
NGr. agórion; MLat. agarrus "lower servant"
maybe related with
<ogul> Tur. "son", Kirg. "boy"
2) "hound"
Pol. ogar; Cz. ohar^;
maybe related with
S-Ch. Bulg. Alb. Tur. zagar;
MGr. zagaron;
and maybe with
Bask. zahur, txakur
