I had intended to waste no more time on this nonsense, but I
can't resist pointing out that a page of results from a
Google search on <Karl Popper> is not likely to be the
source of the quotation. The correct reference is

I was especially amused by the author's absurd claim that
labio-velars are unpronounceable. More important, he
clearly has no understanding of how science is conducted.
