Another (quick!) Celtic question

I was continuing to explore various possible correlates to Nodens and
possibly Mars Neton (of the Accitani) when I came across the
Iberian "NEITIN"
I have been informed this may be linked to the Irish word "Nei",
supposedly meaning "Shining"
Any thoughts or insights?
