Can name Tyras be related to Lithuanian word TYRAS, meaning PURE? Also, can name Gerros be related to Lithuanian word GERAS, meanining GOOD?

I think there is suffix -EN in name Borysthenes. So, name Borysthenes means SOMEONE WHO IS TAKING HIS BEGINNING IN PLACE NAMED Borysthe. Town Brest first time was been mentioned as Bereste in XII century. There is place name Barystes in Lithuania. It's etymology is such: Baltic names Bargailas, Barintas, Barkintas, Barmantas, Bartas, Bartautas, Bartminas, Bartenis, Bartvilas, Barutis, Barvainas, Barvaldas, Barvydas > shortened form Barys > place name Baryste, meaning THE PLACE WHERE MANY OF Barys LIVES (compare with KARALIUS - THE KING and KARALYSTE - THE KINGDOM) > plural form Barystes. So, can Bereste be misspeling of Baryste and Borysthenes be misspeling of Barystenas? River Pripet is taking his beginning near Brest. So, was Borysthenes what is lower Dnipro and Pripet now? Also was Apira what is upper Dnipro now? Also, can word Borysthenes be compared with name Rolistenas (Rolystenas > Rolistenas?) from Ezero ring? Also, can etymology of name Rolystenas be such: Dacian king Rholes >> place name Rholyste, meaning KINGDOM OF Rholes, > name > Rholystenas, meaning MAN FROM Rholyste?
