I guess there is a confusion. I remember I have read something from the
idea of Bonfante but there _I am sure_ Bonfante spooke about the
rhotacism of intervocalic "l" which is something different. Curiously,
Albanian does not know any rothacism of "l" as Rom. does. If that is a
Iranian feature in Romanian, then .. it has nothing to do with Albanian.
