Well, almost. To the extent that we're able to distinguish between
"Dacian" and "Thracian", I'd classify Istros under the latter label.
There's positive evidence of *sr > Thracian str, as in the name of the
River Strymon (Gk. Stru:mo:n). If "Dacian" is to be identified with the
Albanoid substrate in Romanian, I've argued here that in that language
*-s- was lost before *r, lengthening the preceding vowel, and no *t was
inserted.
